CSA IMPACT U15-18 TRYOUTS 

CSA Impact tryouts for players in age groups U15. U16, U17, and U18. will be held indoor at Lost Nation Sports Park on Monday October 31

All players must complete a CSA-Impact Online Registration or use this form and pay a registration fee of $85 to participate in tryouts. If you print the Form, please bring a copy along with a check for $85 payable to Cleveland Soccer Academy - Impact.
 
Registration for the Boys Tryouts begin at 5:30 pm. Boys tryouts will run from 6-7pm - Oct 31st
Registration for the Girls Tryouts begin at 6:30 pm. Girls tryouts will run from 7-8pm - Oct 31st
Players currently participating in high school playoffs will not be permitted to participate in field activities.

Registration fee will be returned to any player not accepted to a team.
